Description:

Caster wheel is a important parts for move pipe rack products.

There are several types of products for choice, different size, and materials

PVC and ESD Material are the most use material used in pipe rack system.

Adapter stem caster wheel is used directly to insert into the plastic coated pipe, without any accessories.

This wheel is the most commonly used on medium and large structures here at pipe rack system.
You can use it for virtually any structure in your building.

To install the flat swivel castor on a structure, you will need two up and down clamp J-26 brackets,four sets of M10*35mm bolts and nuts.
Like the other wheels requiring bracket assembly, this wheel can be challenging to install, so we recommend that you take a look at the written instructions or the video.

This is a multi-purpose wheel which reacts well on many different surfaces.

Installation step:

1- Make sure you have the following parts:
1 Flat Swivel Castor
2 UP Part of J-26
2 Down Part of J-26
4 Bolt M10
4 NUT M10*35 mm
2 28mm pipes of your choice
1 Wrench
1 Ratchet
2- Return the structure for a better access to the bottom pipes.
3- Make sure the P1 and P2 pipes are parrallel and that they pocess 3 inches 1/4 of center center spacing.
4- espacement avec la configuration de tubes et connecteurs suivantes.

5- Put the two down part of J-26 the P1 and P2 pipes.
6- Put the Castor wheel on both down part of J-26 and align the openings.
7- Take one UP part of J-26 and regroup it with one of the down part of J-26.
8-Take two M10*35mm bolt and nuts  and insert them into the corresponding openings. Make sure to put the bolt on the more accessible side.
9- Tighten the M10*35mm bolts and nuts  together a few threads , but no more.

10- Repeat steps 7 to 9 for the other up part and down part of J-26
11- Tighten completely the four M10*35mmbolt and nuts together until all the parts are attached firmly to the two pipes .
