• Flow Rack built with 42mm pipe and four vertical frames use single angle braces for stability using 28mm pipe and 42mm/28mm transition joints.
• Pipe & Joint System provides rigidity and strength for industrial applications without the need for cross bracing while conveying either boxes or plastic totes.
• Stand-Up Workstation for fulfilling orders of packaged parts in cell or shipping department accommodates two associates and supplies while also providing expandability.
• Cradle Carts with an open deck design is easy to load and unload long items and side rails prevent roll off while 6-caster design provides good maneuverability.
• Picking Carts feature three angled shelves on each side for holding either totes or boxes and cant toward the outside providing good load/unload access.
• ESD Cart and Assembly Station is designed for handling electronic processors, chips, memory boards and CPUs during assembly and transport.
• WORK TABLES are used to create additional Creform-made material handling, storage and convenience structures that help implement lean manufacturing processes.
